Plus, they help protect the eyes from some diseases and conditions like cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.
A good eye care routine also includes wearing clean contact lenses, not sleeping less than eight hours, taking regular breaks from using a computer or phone, and avoiding eye makeup with bacteria growth.
